Michael Rodgers is the Owner/Broker of Roatan Realty and lives on the North shore of the island at the Palmetto Bay Plantation.
Michael was born and raised in Granada Hills California. In his early teens he began travelling and working on the road with his father Pop/Country Superstar, singer "Jimmie Rodgers" whose many hit records include "Honeycomb" & "Kisses Sweeter Than Wine".
Michael followed in his fathers footsteps and became a professional musician and vocalist working with numerous artists including Clint Black, Al Jarreau, and Natalie Cole. He scored a platinum album (1,000,000 million copies sold) with the soundtrack for Eddie Murphy's film "Coming To America".
Most important in his life is the time he spends with his wife and two children a son and daughter ages 22 and 18.
