Annie Jones Culp

 

As a member of one of Roatan’s founding families with an island history that pre-dates 1825, Annie Jones Culp is well versed in the history and culture that is Roatan.

Being raised on Roatan, Annie learned early on how to appreciate the uniqueness of Roatan and all of the beauty and charm that the bay islands have to offer.

 

Leaving the island for her advanced education at 14 years of age gave Annie the opportunity to grow and expand her understanding of the more modern world while studying in the United States. 

Upon her return to Roatan Annie learned to appreciate her island heritage even more while at the same time remaining open to her newly enlightened views of the world brought on through her travels.

 

In 2004 Annie was a founding member of the Roatan Realty staff and worked for four years as the office manager helping lead the way for Roatan Realty to become the number one real estate company on the island.

 

During her years as Roatan Realty’s office manager Annie had the opportunity to work in the real estate business on Roatan during a time of growth and change for the islands, which also allowed her to expand her own experience and knowledge.

 

In her role as office manager for Roatan Realty, Annie helped hundreds of “Buyers” and “Sellers” navigate the various legal requirements and cultural differences in a manner that made the process easier to understand for each and every one of them.

 

Now, in Annie’s work as an investment consultant Annie can bring her vast experience and intimate island knowledge and contacts to the table helping her own clients buy or sell property here.

It is Annie’s driven personality and work ethic, as well as a firm belief that focused effort, dedication and open communication are the key to achieving goals that sets Annie apart from all others in the local real estate community.
